Yes, you read that right, we are now an incorporated entity and registered as such with the State of Florida. This is one of the first steps to being a more formal organization as well as going in the direction of becoming a 501C3 non-profit entity. The next step that the Board of Directors is embarking on is to formalize a set of bylaws for the organization. We hope to release more information on that process in the coming weeks. This entire process will aid us in getting the necessary insurance to be able to get the new antenna in place on the tower. It will also put us in a better position to be able to look for grants and other funding sources for improving and possibly expanding our current system. Stay tuned!
